Every year on the July 4 holiday the lake has a boat parade. This year we had 20 boats all decorated with flags, streamers, and lights.

After a great day (and highly successful) of fishing on the water with a charted fishing boat, I took this shot of the father/kid fishing trip. While everyone had a great time, the look on my son's face was classic. I guess he wasn't ready for it all to be over! Ahhh, but the fish fry that night with neighbors was quite tasty!

A familly tradition at our cottage is to go to the Hartford Wi Balloon Rally during the summer. This is a picture of Tyler with one of the best views around wearing his favorite hat.
